| 米国では、株の夜間取引は非常に盛ん行われている。日本では2005年の改正証券取引法でオークション方式が認められたことによりPTS方式の夜間取引が可能となった。夜間取引としてはゴールドマン・サックスが運営を行っていた「ムーントレード」があったが、システムの運営費用に比べて利用者数が少なく2002年に運用を停止した経緯がある。 |
